The PICO-EDITOR is available by typing <shift-e>.  It is a pure
	PICO-editor that has been changed for BBS-needs.

	To get help with the commands, press <ctrl-g> from inside the editor.

	The editor can be used to enter posts, change roominfo's and other
	similar things.  :>
