To get a new Room on the BBS, you should post in RoomIdeas>
	(or the Room with a similar name) and tell about your thought. Why would
	this room be a good one?  What ideas would the room cover? 

	It does not matter if you want to be RoomAide in the room-to-be-created
	or not: applications are _always_ made through <y>ells, so don't post
	"*volunteers to be the RA*" as has been a custom lately.

	The Sysops will later decide if the Room should be created. 
        The decision is made upon user interest and other factors.
