An User is an ordinary user of the BBS. S/he logs on to chat with
    other User's or to post in room's.

    A normal User has no privileges on the bbs, like Administrator's,
    but an User does have a say in certain matters. For these
    matters the Voting Booth will be used, so all User's can vote
    (anonimously) about the subject.
    They can also get the help of a Sysop or SuperVisor in case of
    harrassment. The SuperVisor or Sysop will then take actions
    against the User that does not stick to the policy of this bbs.
