Declaration of Global Legal system

Article 1

The administration of the BBS has the right to declare law applicable to all users, including the admin, on the BBS. This law may never be in violation of the declaration of Global rights.

Article 2

Laws declared by the admin are general and may not be targeted at any person or group of person based on any distinction.

Article 3

The independent and impartial tribunal as mentioned in the declaration of rights is represented on Global by the Arbitration Board. The purpose and task of this board is to ensure a user charged with an offence is treated according to the declaration of rights and ensure the fairness and impartiality of the admin of the BBS. See Chapter 5 "Arbitration Panel Policy"
