Declaration of Global Rights

Preamble

The declaration of rights of Global provides a foundation for freedom and justice for every user on the BBS. These rights can not be taken away in any circumstance nor may be violated. Every user should be aware of and promote and follow the declaration.

Article 1

Every person irrespective of distinction of any kind has the right to create a user account and take part of the BBS. Every person is entitled to all rights in this declaration irrespective of distinction of any kind.

Article 2

No one shall be subjected to inhuman, cruel or degrading treatment or punishment.

Article 3

All are equal before the law and are entitled without any discrimination to equal protection of the law.

Article 4

Everyone has the right to file a complaint for acts violating the rights given in this declaration. See chapter 5 ("Arbitration Panel Policy") for the procedure that must be followed by the administration of the BBS.

Article 5

No one shall be subjected to arbitrary punishment.

Article 6

Everyone is entitled to a fair and public hearing by an independent and impartial tribunal, in the determination of his rights and obligations and of any charge against him.

Article 7

Everyone charged with an offence is assumed innocent until proven otherwise or an independent and impartial tribunal decides otherwise.

Article 8

Everyone has the right for freedom of though, conscience and religion. This right includes the freedom to change his religion or belief and to manifest his religion or belief in public or private.

Article 9

Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression.

Article 10

No one shall be discriminated on any distinction, such as sex, religion, belief, opinion, nationality, race, colour, origin, sexual orientation or any other status.

Article 11

No one shall be held guilty of any criminal offence on account of any act or omission which did not constitute a criminal offence under national or international law at the time when it was committed. Nor shall a heavier penalty be imposed than the one that was applicable at the time the criminal offence was committed.
